Joah Love Return Policy

We want you to love your Joah Love pieces. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

• Return Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of approval.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error. We recommend a trackable service, as we can’t be responsible for lost packages.

• Refunds: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• Exclusions:

  • Final sale items, masks, and international orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale items may be returned for store credit only if all above conditions are met. 

• Address Accuracy: If a package is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Joah Love is not responsible.

Email us at help@joahlove.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions.
